The front desk clerk deserves much praise for her friendliness and efficiency- she always gave a warm and sincere greeting every time I entered the hotel, making me feel very welcome there. Being slightly away from the center of town, the hotel was quiet and it was easy to rest there, and yet it was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the cute downtown area for people looking for entertainment. I believe I ended up in an economy room, though I thought i booked one grade up from that. Nonetheless the room was fine and bed and bath were comfortable and clean. Would love to visit again.

A clean, modern and friendly hotel
We have stayed at this hotel several times and each time it’s been excellent. The reception staff are always friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. This was the first time I have used the hotel parking as 18 euros a night always seemed expensive but this time it included free EV charging which made paying for the parking worthwhile.

We had a great stay in early December. Got a room with a balcony. Room and bath were very nice. Didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant, but everything else was great. Street parking was free (and easy) during this time of year. Less than 15 min drive from the airport in Malaga.

Late 1:30 am checkin and receptionist was awake, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and up to date. Comfortable bed.

Nice recently refurbished room, a bit small but not bad for the price. The only problem was there was a lot of noise that woke us up at 2:00am. It should have been taken care of sooner rather then later.

Originally stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay before hitting the road west. Loved the area and facilities so much that we booked a further few days on our way back through. Hotel personnel are excellent and the adjacent tapas bar, which I understood to just gone through new management, was a fab place to stop for a cocktail. Close to the beach and shopping. I can’t say enough about this hotel and it will be my first choice upon returning to Torremolinos.

The hotel was good located. We appreciated the gentleman at reception named Carlos, very welcoming and always very helpful, extending help even before we ask. And very patient, even when one of us rang the shower alarm by mistake😄. Thank you Carlos for making Torremolinos and the hotel memorable.

Really lovely concierge and staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location and very easy walk to the beach and to lots of cafes/restaurants. Clean and tidy hotel and enjoyed the balcony. Atrium was a bit too warm and stuffy but otherwise lovely stay

Good pre-flight stop over
Very hard bed and the aircon didn't work very well in the room. Shelf in shower nearly off the wall. Pool was great and location is perfect for walking to the beach and into town.

Staff very helpful and kind, due to a very bad smell from the blocked toilet in one of the rooms we been placed in the basement of the building, they changed us room. Also the guy in the reception offered us to driver us to the next city as he was finishing his shift, when we asked for informations of how to go there. Breakfast very poor and limited options, we went at 10am and almost everything was empty.

This is a lovely quiet hotel. Very clean and tidy. Its situated a block back from the main street in Torremolinos and has a lovely supermarket next door and local shops. Its situated in what we felt was the best part of the area. Staff were helpful and polite. Especially the young man woth blonde hair working the evening we checked out. We needed a taxi, it was a Saturday night and he went outsode to try to get us one when the phone call to the taxi company didnt work. He stayed with us outside until we were in one. Exceptional menber of staff!

The beds were rock hard so uncomfortable could not sleep properly- also we were staying in the -1 level and the smell of sewage was appalling all of the time . Also if you’re not out of room by 11/12 each day there was no room service done that day - they put a sign on our door saying do not disturb . We asked for clean towels each day ourselves . We ended up leaving the hotel earlier than we should have . The staff were so friendly and so helpful at check in .

You don't always get what you expect
We booked in on the Thursday. Once we got in our room it seemed very hot. We asked reception to check the air con whom said it'll take 10 mins. Half an hour later asked again. She came to the room and checked and said 10 mins.. once again. Another half hour passed and still warm. The receptionist then said she'll contact maintenance to fix. Should be here soon. Maintenance did not show. We tried to get ready to go out but the heat was intense so felt like you needed a showers after showering. We managed to get a portable air conditioning unit from another location in the hotel which did not cool the room at all as toy had to keep doors open to pump out the hot air. So no point to that. As we went out she said maintenance would be here shortly and it will be fixed by the time we got back. This was not the case When we returned it was 28 degrees in the room. So we went to reception and it now was a different receptionist. He said the maintenance man had been Cancelled as she said it was fixed in which it clearly wasn't. He couldn't do anything now but would sort for morning. We slept appalling as was so hot in the room. The next morning we went to reception to ask for a different room or refund as we would be happy to move hotels. They said we can't do a refund. The guy then chased up the maintenance man who then came an hour later. This left us unsatisfied with the hotel from then onwards. Also they tried to charge for mini bar and no late check out faculties

Great stay
The location was perfect for us. You can easily walk to the beach and many restaurants. Service from the staff was perfect. Very helpful and communicative. About 7 minutes from the airport. 15 from Malaga. Grocery store right next door.

The best low-key hotel in the area !
We needed a 2-night hotel stay close to friends and were referred to this hotel. It was the best choice in a very good location - close to everything - including walking from the closest train station La Colina at night and just a minutes walk to the beach and Paseo. Very happy with our choice and we will definitely be back when in need of a hotel and make recommendations.

Great stay
Carlos greeted us at the front desk, a great front man, boss personality. Nothing was too much he knew the area giving us great recommendations. Room lovely and clean, mini bar stocked. I would recommend staying here again.

Great Overnight Stay
Although this was just a quick overnight stay close to the airport for a return flight we were impressed with the room and the service. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the shared amenities so can’t comment on that, but the room itself was quite comfortable.

Not what we expected
We spent the night at the Costa Del Sol Torremolinos Sustainable Boutique Hotel just before a very early flight (6:00 am) the next day. Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. I will say, the staff was very good and they arranged for a car for us at 4:00 am the morning we left- and the driver was actually a few minutes early. Our room was on the sub-level, which felt like being in a basement, the room only had smaller windows that were very high on the wall with no view. There was a strange and unpleasant order in the hallway, although I will say it was not strong in the room. The double bed was only two single beds pushed together, including only single bedsheets and covers. Also, in the room next to us, there was an apparently young baby who cried a lot (not necessarily the baby or parents fault), but the walls were not very sound proof and we were disturbed by the crying. Perhaps we expected too much.
