The hotel is nice although it’s slightly outdated and could do with a reform. Having said that, we paid €70 for the night and based on the prices in the area it was fantastic value and we were really pleased. The room was nice, like I say a bit outdated (e.g. the balcony door handle was broken but it still worked) but the bed was lovely and massive, nice balcony and the bathroom was lovely. No tea/coffee facilities in the room unfortunately but they had nice amenities and the option to request additional items if needed. The parking costs €15 a day but we easily found free parking directly outside on the street so it’s well worth checking locally before paying for the parking (although we visited in January so it might be more difficult in high season). We didn’t add breakfast to our stay (€13.90 pp) but I popped down to buy a coffee and the breakfast looked really nice. The location is really good, it’s on the golden mile so plenty around within walking distance and banus port was no more than 10 minutes in the car (€11 in a taxi). We’d definitely stay again for a night out in banus, it’s convenient, clean and great value for money!
