The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had some issues but it was quickly dealt with. The hotel was tired in some areas but overall our Experience was good

Very Disappointing 4 star Hotel
The hotel on the outside doesn’t look bad but our room was very dated missing a lot of basic things to be a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The bathroom had broken tiles, the toilet flush wasn’t working at first we had to get someone out a few times to fix this. The ceiling of the rooms cladding was damaged at parts. Our room was meant to be 3 beds which we asked on hotels.com to be 3 double beds on the preference option menu. We ended up with a double bed split in the middle into two singles and one sofa style bed which made uncomfortable sleeping for one person wasn’t what was advertised. The bedroom didn’t have a mirror which was annoying and made it had work for 3 people getting ready. The room ceiling light didn’t work, the ceiling fan didn’t work and the toilet flush which we mentioned to reception In first 30 minutes of getting keys to room on first day. They only fixed items which was toilet and the fan but we didn’t have main room light work for the 5 days duration of our stay at hotel. Overall the hotel has a good location and grounds on decent and breakfast is okay but not many vegetarian options. Me and our group were disappointed in room and overall stay and we did ask for a room change but was told this wasn’t available.

Very good breakfast. Good pools, but only one is open and from 10 to 19hr...very annoying being expelled from the swimming pool because they lock it. Internet is paid by day...Haven't seen this in years...especially in an 4 start expensive place. The resort is not on the beach, as it looks in the map, it is a 6 mim walk.

The location of the hotel was very good for Puerto Banus, as well as easy access to Mistral Beach. But the hotel needs a bit of a refresh as looks and feels a bit tired. We only had breakfast in our deal, but the food was good.
