Highly recommend
The hotel is situated in the centre of Torremolinos, very proximate to the train station by foot and also many restaurants, a supermarket, bars, and many other recreational facilities. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Check in was very fast and the receptionist on duty was very helpful. The room was very comfortable - being very generous in size. There was a/c there and a large shower room also. The hotel is very stylish, offered very good value for money, and while I did not have lunch in the hotel, the lunch menu was excellent value for money. There is a swimming pool and some sun loungers on the rooftop. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it if visiting the Costa del Sol area.

Nice hotel
Lovely modern hotel, recently refurbished but unaware what it looked like previously. Pleasant staff, easy check-in and good all round service. Bathroom was the best part of the room, bed a little uncomfortable to what I'm used to. Didn’t try the food but always smelt nice. Bar was good value. Very inclusive hotel so if you’re not inclusively minded then you may want to look elsewhere. Good location though a little noisy outside.

Hotel was in a great location, 10 min walk from beach and a 10 min drive from Malaga airport. The rooms are very clean and house keeping us excellent. All staff are fabulous and can’t do enough for you. Aircon in the room was great, only thing I couldn’t get to work was the TV but not a must have when on holiday. Only bug was the shower, the seal at the bottom wasn't flush so the water leaked on the floor. Rooftop area with pool is stunning. Can see for miles and also see the beach! Great breakfast selection and the cocktails are amazing! Had a few hours to kill before my flight home and they let me stay at the bar :)

Waiting for the renovation project to be completed
It seems that Ritual hotel management more needed space in Torremolinos and fast as it has so much interest. So they purchased another property not so far from the calle Brasil property, but a property that requires a LOT of renovation. That said, they're selling the rooms anyway just to have the space to sell at Ritual brand prices. A bit of a disappointment that they would slap their brand on an old, dated hotel just to fill rooms. To be fair, the rooms do have comfortable beds, big TV and AC. BUT they need the bathrooms to be completely renovated. Clearly old and small with badly functioning shower makes clients unhappy. Also, no lamps in the room but am informed that is a management decision to leave the space unhindered for clients (??). No strongbox in the room and a terrace door that left me feeling uncomfortable for security reasons. For the price charged, it did not leave me feeling content. On the other hand, the staff were very pleasant, friendly and attentive; there is a fabulous lounge on the third floor and the pool and chiringuito area on the 6th floor look promising....., for a future date. Hope the Sireno Hotel renovation project finishes soon, Ritual, and can lift the property up to the same quality level as the other Ritual properties.

Budget hotel in a central location.
This is a budget hotel in the centre of town. A couple of weeks ago we stayed in a standard room which was ok but the shower head didn’t stay on the wall and the repainted rooms weren’t done to a high standard. The new beds are comfortable though. This time we booked a superior room which had a nice big terrace overlooking the pedestrianised street below. Nice shower but not very powerful and if we flushed the loo there was no cold water to the shower until the cistern had filled up again- which took a long time! The bathroom tiles have been painted over and the bathroom door frame was in a very shoddy state but the room was clean and comfortable. They will be building a rooftop pool but until then you can use the pool at the ritual hotel a 10 minute walk away.

A typical tourist hotel. Very close to the train station and ameneties which is what we wanted. Perhaps in need of a little tlc. However clean room with tv. Very friendly helpful staff. Basic but plentiful continental breakfast. Would use again.

- No good safe in the room - no iron, no fridge...we asked for iron at Reception. I think all rooms should have it. - no hair dryer (it was said it is in the room)...we asked for it at Reception - door lock has a key easy to multiplication !!! We didn't feel safe to leave in the room our passports

An excellent short stay
The hotel is very well placed in the heart of the town with very easy access to all local amenities. Despite this the rooms were quite and allowed for a good sleep in a comfortable bed. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and efficient. He spoke very good English and provided me with all of the information I needed for my stay. The room was clean and there was a bath as well as a shower with lots of hot water available all day. Breakfast, that can be taken indoors or on the roof top terrace that offered sea views, was perfectly adequate with a good choice of food and coffee, tea, etc. The room had a small tv but the large public loung has a large screen with additional channels for those who want to keep up to date. A pool table is also available.

This is a basic hotel. My room was clean and tidy with all the basics one would expect, and a small balcony. The. Hotel was very reasonably priced, and is located right in the heart of Torremolinas.

It was so noisy. My room was on the first floor overlooking the Taxi rank. The drivers were shouting to each other. The curtain didn’t cover the window. I had to use a lamp to push it to the wall. People running up & down corridor shouting. I’m so glad I only booked the one night. Never again.

On arrival we accepted a back room but this gloomy and overlooked a ruined building so we were allowed to a front room(509) which overlooked the street( currently closed for road works)which was larger , had a huge balcony and allowed a distant sea view . It was very quiet but caught the morning sun though the blinds were fine . Breakfast OK but repetitious . The hotel is a long walk downhill to the front and included crumbling steps and rubble . There is an excellent Mercodonna supermarket opposite the hotel and a good but deserted fish restaurant where the staff sometimes misunderstood our order but tried hard ! We had to walk 300 yards from the bus stop to find the hotel but it was near a good travel agent which managed to fix a trip to Granada which I couldn't on line and was great . Also we booked Nerja - don't miss the caves - well- lit and a cathedral of stalactites but lots of steps . Take bus to Mijas - v cheap and amazing views of coast and good set menu for E9 each -2 courses plus free drink of choice

The staff was extremely helpful and all basic needs were provided, even breakfast was included. You were able to walk to must places and the train station to Malaga and airport was only a short walk wway, just like the beack

I liked it. Low cost but clean. People were nice. Doors use actual keys. Seemed like no major changes in the bathroom since the 1940s, which I kind of thought was cool. Right on the plaza so convenient for shopping and night life.
