Early closure of reception without adequate notice

I've stayed here before without any issues. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for my last visit. The hotel states that the reception closes at midnight - if you're going to be later to contact them for the code to get the keys. This has worked well for me in the past when I've had a late flight . On this occasion my flight arrived at Malaga about 7.45pm so I knew I would make it to reception with plenty of time. I arrived at the hotel at around 8.30pm. The front door was locked but I was soon greeted by a rude overweight grumpy gentleman ranting on to me that reception was closed. I was in no mood for a confrontation about their reception times so gratefully accepted my room keys and went up to my room . Later that evening I logged into my emails and discovered an email sent that day at 3pm from the hotel telling me the reception would close at 8pm instead of midnight . My issue with this is, if you're on a flight you're not going to have access to your emails or you might be someone that doesnt have access to the internet whilst travelling. It is unacceptable to change your reception opening times at such short notice. I appreciate someone was there to let me in but it was clear to me the attitude of the staff member was hostile & rude because he thought I was in the wrong. This adds insult to injury. Also, the tv didnt work, cold shower & there was smoke coming from another room which was unpleasant for a non smoker. Went down to reception to report but no one there.

No hay ascensor para subir plantas Servicios y ducha estan fuera y son de uso comun Que te dan 1 habitación pequeña sin baño,sin ducha y armario empotrado sin puertas Horrible!!! No volvemos,está claro Encuma te piden fianza, aunque hemos pagado previamente todo Fianza de q ? De armario sin puertas o baños compartidos? No creo q expediano lo sabe como nos engañan

El estado de las habitaciones es totalmente distinto al de las fotos,la habitación para pareja es enana, apenas teniamos sitio para dejar las maletas y movernos por la habitación, el baño estaba en estado regular, las perchas del “mueble” estaban llenas de telarañas y polvo. En la habitación hace incluso más calor que en el resto del edificio y todo huele a humedad. Al menos las chicas son amables, pero no merece nada la pena el precio. Literalmente en la habitación donde nos quedamos yo no pagaría mas de 5€ la noche.

Todella mukava henkilökunta! Sisään- ja ulkoskirjautuminen sujui ongelmitta. Sisäänkirjautuessa pyydettiin jättämään 30€ käteispantti. Paljon nuoria ja bilettäviä asiakkaita, joten jos olet melulle herkkä en ehkä voi suositella, mutta huoneet ja wc:t olivat siistit. Suihkun kunto oli hieman huono.

Buena localización pero habiciones muy feas

Muy buena localización,pero no es muy cómodo. És perfecto si tiene ganas de disfrutar Torremolinos y no pagar mucho por eso,pero es un sitio solo para quedar y duchar cuando estas muy cansado.
