My reply of this apartment santa clara 4: yes there is an internal bedroom with bathroom ensuite. You can see in the pictures of this apartment only. the big problem was the aircondition, the new machine (3 in total, 2 for bedrooms and 1 for livingroom ) bought few days, less than a week, before checkin this family , it was broken direclty from the factory, but only 1 machine, the rest 2 machines was working. we advice to factorty in summer and agosto to change inmedialtelly the machine for other new one. While this was made, we introduce anyway other 2 machines, with cold air, so there was in the apartment 4 machines working. Last week after 3 weeks the machine broken was change and now everything is working wright, but the most important is that in all this time we help to this family. About the utensils kitchen all was advice for this family was bough and introduce new in the apartment, because we wanted the best time for this family. This family is claim now 1500 eur, we supposed this is the final result for the claims and cheaper holiday. the pool has sunbeds and the condo take a price for this, but you can bring your own sunbeds if you wish. About the bedline for baby, we never supply, this is very personal and special washing bedline. the apartment has all necesary for the holiday and use, but if you wish to arrange for an extra service like change laundry or extra cleaning duiring holiday, need to be paid like and extra, all our service are details in our website waterfront malaga

Dear Jorgen, thank you for your review. Yes the apartment is very big and nice and the views are amazing, and renovated 5 years ago. The building is constructed in 80´s, is true , but the pool and the gardens are very nice.

Yes sorry about this, but this year the weather has been very terrible in october and so much raining, so for this reason has been closed. we hope to see you again, ask for discount please.

Se alquila para un maximo de 4 personas, a ser posible 2 adultos y 2 niños. Para 6 personas esta prohibido, y no se aceptara esta reserva con este numero de personas.El aparcamiento esta bastante ocupado en la epoca de verano, como en todas partes aqui en la costa.Si algun accesorio falta o se rompe los clientes pueden llamarmos en cualquier momento y solicitar que le llevemos otro nuevo.

Sorry about the confusion of service, the cleaning is not included because this is an apartment, not a hotel, and the service fee is not a payment for the cleaning, is a payment for the booking. If you wish we can add a service laundry or service cleaing, and of course you can use the washingmachine. Just let us know the next time, we will do a discount.

Yes, when you are in the airport ready to go to the apartment, need to advice to us, so in this way somebody will be waiting for you in the apartment to give you the keys and you dont need to wait, if you contract a private transfer , the chofer will call to us. About the weather, this year has been very cold and raining, normally is not in this way, but we can not do nothing about it, and the pool is closed if the weather is cold and raining, sorry. I hope that the apartment has been nice and confortable.
