Sunny & Private I bedroom House with Sun Room for Guests

  • This 1-bedroom plus guest room rental house is perfect for your longer stay in Torrey. Guests will enjoy a peaceful retreat on 2 acres within walking distance to the downtown. Large gravel driveway with roundabout can accommodate parking for larger vehicles and RVs. Hardwood floors throughout the main living area and bedroom.

    Master bedroom features a memory foam, queen bed with 2 dressers for longer stays. A bright tiled sunroom with separate entrance off the deck is private with sliding doors separating it from the rest of the house. Perfect for a quiet writer's retreat. The new memory foam couch in the sunroom pulls out to a queen size bed for guests.

    The house offers a roomy bathroom with washer and dryer. Split unit heating and air conditioning for the warmer months in the main living space with separate electric baseboard units in the bedroom, sunroom and bathroom.

    Every room has a wonderful view whether it's to the east to see the Henry Mtns, the west to see the Velvet Cliffs and Thousand Lake Mtn or the south to see Boulder Mtn and the Cockscomb. Sunny deck is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon shade with cocktails. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
