The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya "

"The hotel was exquisite! Comfortable beds and modern decor. Extremely comfortable. We got breakfast with our stay and we're so glad we did. What an amazing spread! The only thing lacking was juice. Highly recommended!"

"The area is famouse for the best Matsusaka Beef. Great restaurant is within a walking distance. Convenience store is behind this hotel for any quick bite. Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Free breakfast included the local dish, which is a nice touch. Truly enjoyed the stay! "

"Did not have a great time at this place. It is more suited to retired old Japanese people who want to go to the onsen. Felt a bit uncomfortable as we were the only westerners there but people were friendly. While the view was good from our room, the beach was dirty and not maintained. If the hotel would have paid someone to clean the beach up every morning it would’ve been a better experience."
