This master-built residence is an absolute waterfront home in Toukley, this beautiful home has recently been upgraded to include new luxury bathrooms. The home has been built and designed to take full advantage of the waterfront location. You will enjoy 180-degree north-facing water views across the tranquil Budgewoi Lake which boasts a private concrete jetty and boat ramp.

The private waterfront setting is complemented by an in-ground concrete pool surrounded by a glass balustrade to ensure the uninterrupted water view is maintained.

The property features newly installed central air conditioning throughout.

An executive style residence featuring 4 large bedrooms plus 5th bedroom/study, multiple living zones, a large master suite with ensuite including spa and remote double garage.

There are 4 toilets, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen, full glass-enclosed balconies both up and down enjoying the glorious water views with a gas b-b-q.

The property also features a games room with a pool table.

Whether you enjoy fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding or swimming these activities can be enjoyed right from your backyard. The private jetty and boat ramp allows options with your boating choices and after an enjoyable day on the water, you can return home for a swim in the pool.

PLEASE NOTE- The property Sleeps a total of 14 Guests, however, a maximum of 8 adults will be permitted. Bookings not accepted for parties / functions / under 25's/ schoolies or bucks/ boys & hens weekends. To moor your boat in the private jetty you will need to launch the boat from the public ramp at Toukley bridge and park and drive your boat up to the property.

Huge House - perfect for us

We are a group of friends who organise a weekend getaway a couple of times per year. This place was perfect for us. Heaps of space & bedrooms. The pool is fabulous. Maybe a bit more shade near the pool would be great.

Rat in pool

I filtered my search to have swimming pool on water front, we got there and it was a big dead rat in pool. I called the manager and first answer was just take it out with net and go swimm.

View is relaxing

The view is relaxing and nice but the cleanliness of the house was very bad , cockroaches everywhere and house needs a lot of fixing . Plenty of space for large groups . Pool is very good with kids with nice view.

Location was the Gem

Nice big property right on Budgewoi Lake. Nice and spaceish, the downstairs Pool Table area was a hit with our Teenage Children and when we had a night with all of us down there. Property is a bit tired but location probably reflected the price. Kitchen cleanliness could be improved as lots of built up dirt and grease. Would be great to utilise in the Summer with pool and out on the Lake

We had a great experience at this property. The house was very spacious and the pool was amazing. The beds were quite comfortable which made the stay even better. The only downside was that there was no airconditioning downstairs. Definitely would come back!

Nice house in a nice location. Clean and spacious with a nice view. It could have been a great holiday but unfortunately neighbours on both sides were renovating their houses which made it very annoying. They used to work all day even on weekends till late and were very loud. Another thing is that the water behind the house has a lot of seaweed and very smelly so we couldn't enjoy sitting outside in the evening because of the smell.
