An excellent hotel to stay
A villa-type hotel, with full kitchen facilities: stove, oven, dish washer etc. car parked in own garage in front of the room. Lidl nearby. Nice environment. An excellent hotel to stay!

A great place to stay, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very well furnished with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim. There is not a great deal in the local area, but Toulouse is only a short drive away. Only stayed here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Would stay again if visiting this area

The pool was under renovation and no communication was made on the Expedia site about it. During reservation, I paid extra to have the "Reserve and pay at property" to be able to pay with a debit and not a credit card. Imagine my surprise when during the check out, the receptionist told me that the amount was already taken from my credit card without any request.

Comfy with a great pool
Stayed here for a week to work remote whilst visiting family. The WiFi was excellent. Nice size room with a kitchenette and a patio. The bed was very comfy. The room was a bit dated, but was very clean. Really nice pool

Business Trip Francazal Airport
Good location for both Toulouse and francazal airport, comfortable rooms well equipped. Nice pool area and a good selection of nearby shops and recreation.

Lovely stay
Lovely rooms, well kept and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Only issue was that the air conditioning was very loud so had to be turned off in the evening

Spacious rooms and friendly staffs, my room has a parking right at the door and is well equipped with kitchen facilities. Breakfast is included and there is also a swimming pool. I like this place and will visit again

Very nice overnight stop-off
Nice rooms with separate toilet and bathroom, kitchen with oven and microwave plus plates and cutlery. Small outdoor eating area with table and chairs. Very comfortable!

Good value for money if wanting to stay specifically in this area. Even more so for families. If visiting Toulouse, prefer something closer to the city.

Ok for what you need
It’s very basic and nothing at all in the area other than a Lidl a few minutes walk away however the staff were really helpful. There was unfortunately a lot of ants in our room/kitchen area. The pool was quite cold however very quiet.

Great hotel, just outside of Toulouse
These are very new-looking apartments. The layout is like a small town-house, with the living room and kitchen downstairs and a study and bedroom upstairs. There is a small shopping center about 100m from the hotel near the round-about at the edge of Cugnaux, with a Lidl supermarket, a couple of restaurants, hair dressers and a bakery. This is very convenient. We also found a great place to go for a relaxing walk near the river less than 15 minutes away (by car) in Lacroix-Falgarde. We really enjoyed our stay, and extended for 2 days.

Great spacious hotel apartments with plenty of space and a fully stocked kitchenette (dishes, cutlery, pots, dishwasher oven). Cute little patios off the front. Very big bedroom and sitting area upstairs. Perfect for families

Nice clean hotel in a very convenient location
Four of us stayed in an apartment in this hotel. Is very convenient as it is close to the airport and has nice shopping facilities very close by (walking distance). The rooms were clean, nice breakfast and a great swimming pool. Also lovely staff.

First timer at Toulousse
Staff very friendly. We were very grateful that we were given 2 rooms as complimentary coz we only booked 1 room for 5persons. The idea of having separate toilet and shower room was good. The toilet in our room is massive but no handwashing facility. We would prefer to wash our hands before and after using the toilet. The shower room gets flooded so easily. The design is not that good. The children enjoyed the dip in the pool area. They actually want to stay for another day and promised to come back soon.

A pleasant hotel residence
This is a very pleasant residence on the western edge of Toulouse with good access to Blagnac airport and Portet. My apartment for 3 nights was very clean and well presented. Swimming pool and gardens would be nice in summertime.

Lovely clean hotel. Family room was ideal.
Very comfortable family room for my family of 5. Very clean and lovely pool. Helpful staff who booked a restaurant in town and organised transport as well. Allowed an earlier check-in as well as had travelled through the night. Very pleased.

Great hotel for a short stopover
Excellent place to stop for a couple of nights. Close to the airport, but not too close! The pool is excellent, as is the condition of the hotel. The neighbourhood is fine, although you are limited to fast food and takeaways close by, but a 20 minute drive into Toulouse you can find as many restaurants as you like. The staff are very helpful too and directed us to a local town with a superb outdoor restaurant. Overall a great stopover hotel with large rooms ands great pool

Good value for families.
Good value for money, basic hotel to use as a base to explore Toulouse. We rented an "apartement" which was really spacious on two levels.Much better value for a family than using a very central hotel. Breakfast not that great and the staff at reception and dining not too friendly, but the chambermaid was very pleasant. Would use again.

Great price!
The person that helped us at he front desk was beyond helpful. He was amazing!. The hotel is great for families that need to rent a car or that you are just around the area to go to the country side. The room was not very well cleaned but we were there for only one night so it was not a big deal. I would definitely go back!

Very good hotel for a family stay, room had all the amenities you could need. Only thing I could fault was the pool was freezing, possibly due to the fact it's still only May, the location isn't ideal, however there's enough in the way of shops on your doorstep to keep the cupboards stocked and get a late night snack from the local pizza/burger bars

Excellent base if you have a car. Easy access to the region. The ring road system takes some getting used to. Sat nav advisable.

Very clean, quiet and spacious.
Four of us arrived at the 'residence' and were very happy to be given a loft apartment to stay in. It was very clean with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds. We had door that opened to an outdoor patio with table and chairs. The pool was very nice and the internet was functioning. We loved the loft concept. The negative things were that the hot water seemed to run out, there was no ice available and the grounds were full of weeds and not grass. Although there were many flowering bushes. Also the safe was not bolted down so we did not feel secure to leave our belongings in it while we went out. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommended this place. It is an excellent value for the price we paid.
