The hotel was very nice, bed comfy, nice bar area. It is in the middle of a suburban area so it very quiet on a Saturday evening. We were charged an extra $10 fee randomly though that I am investigating.

Room was not cleaned/ towels weren't replaced for the duration of our 3 night stay which I found rather peculiar. They also only provided 1 key for our room. I had believed it was common practice to provide 2. Other than that, the room was clean when we arrived, the bedding was comfortable, and the gym was lovely.

"The staff are helpful and friendly. But the rooms are a dump… the carpets are so dirty our socks turned black. The sheets are threadbare, dirty, with holes. The bathroom was filthy. Towels were old.
