"Room was clean and bed was pretty comfortable. easy parking, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Only issue was the room did not contain refrigerator. Overall good experience"

"Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at night expecting to check into our room, as the hotel’s email clearly stated it would be ready by 3:00 PM. Instead, we were told the room was still not ready and that we would have to wait even longer. After a full day of traveling, this was completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. Rather than apologizing or trying to help resolve an issue that was entirely on the hotel’s side, they were defensive and dismissive. We were simply asking for the room we had reserved and been told would be available. Customer service is severely lacking here. The property itself also feels outdated and has a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here. This hotel needs better management and a much stronger focus on customer service."

"The best choice I've made in this trip is to get a hotel with free parking and good rating and rent a car. I always go to Hampton inn in Loyola university area however the nicely right there was close to $500. I was able to get a suite in Renaissance Marriott and Glenview for 4 days for less than $500 total. I rented a Jeep Wrangler 2026 from route car rental for 4 days for $170. You can never get anything better than this. I owned my travel and went everywhere I wanted to go in the city of Chicago and it's suburbs."

"Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. A nice bonus was that the shower was stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, so there was no need to bring your own toiletries. The bed was listed as a queen, but it felt a bit small and firm for our preference. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was also great, with a large selection of options that could satisfy even picky eaters. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again if we're in town."

"The staff are helpful and friendly. But the rooms are a dump… the carpets are so dirty our socks turned black. The sheets are threadbare, dirty, with holes. The bathroom was filthy. Towels were old. The room smelled bad. Do not stay here… should be condemned. For what I paid for the room, it was money wasted (2/3 more than it should have been)."
