"We ended up not staying because of weather, so just went home. Knew we were going to be charged for the two rooms as it was late notice, but were charged for 4 rooms instead of 2. They finally debited one room but still charged for 3. I have called every day for a week and no one will call me back. Terrible service"

"Room was clean and people were helpful. The girl at desk at night seemed a little unsure about some things. Smoke alarm went off Sunday AM and bfast was burnt. Yikes. Overall it was a descent stay. Lots of loud noises through the ceiling that usually happened only in the AM. Not sure what that was?? "
