"Amazing stay for a great price! Plentiful and delicious snacks during kick out 5:30-7 with excellent margarita included! Beds very comfortable, room quiet, spacious, and very clean. Hotel did not seem crowded though it must have been almost full based on cars in parking lot. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. Easy on and off highway. If I had any complaint, would be pet cost for small dog. Otherwise 10/10."

"There were literally boogers stuck to the wall of our room. We slept with our clothes on. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either. Not that we could tell because the light was out. The staff was rude and impersonal. "

"Elevator was down but they gave me a free night at the Hyatt for anytime. Staff was nice. The bathroom had a hair I saw on the wall which disgust me but it was nothin to wipe off but still should’ve already been cleaned. Also saw a piece of hair on one of the small towels. Other than that room was nice and clean felt comfortable."

"Staff is very nice & helpful. My family had 2 nights incredible stay at this hotel! The entire team was exceptionally friendlyand welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast service staff, Glenn T. He truly went above and beyond to provide wonderful service every morning. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made breakfast the highlight of my day. My room was very clean especially the bathroom with like new sink faucet & bathtub. Very convenient location with nearby restaurants & airport. Highly recommended for anyone who values top-tier service!"

"This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where they ran out of towels. My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights and we requested new towels and were told they did not have anymore and when some were finished washing we would receive some and never did. We had to ask several times before we received our towels. Our rooms were never refreshened the whole trip. The tub and the toilet had stains. You also have to pay for parking and when they have conferences you have to park across the street in the over flow parking lot. It also smells weird."
