"Great stay no complaints at all."

"Elevator was down but they gave me a free night at the Hyatt for anytime. Staff was nice. The bathroom had a hair I saw on the wall which disgust me but it was nothin to wipe off but still should’ve already been cleaned. Also saw a piece of hair on one of the small towels. Other than that room was nice and clean felt comfortable."

"Staff is very nice & helpful. My family had 2 nights incredible stay at this hotel! The entire team was exceptionally friendlyand welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast service staff, Glenn T. He truly went above and beyond to provide wonderful service every morning. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made breakfast the highlight of my day. My room was very clean especially the bathroom with like new sink faucet & bathtub. Very convenient location with nearby restaurants & airport. Highly recommended for anyone who values top-tier service!"

"Awesome hotel, I stay here often. Would be 5 star if they changed happy hour menu. Keep in mind I stay often, so I see the same menu repeatedly, but included in room!"

"Both the toilet and shower occasionally backed up and would drain very slowly."

"This stay was almost perfect. We loved the room and the area. But be aware of the $20 per night parking. I paid for breakfast and it was mediocre-definitely not worth $20-oatmeal, sausage links, eggs, bacon, And the rest was continental style. But we enjoyed our time in Charlotte."
