This is a beautiful cabin in a wonderful location! It is very close to the main road in Townsend and thus about as close as one can stay near Cades Cove, and yet it is isolated on a hill with no other residences visible when in the cabin or on the spacious porch.
Loved the cabin. It was spacious and clean and had plenty of privacy. It was up the hill by itself which we were super glad we didn’t have immediate neighbors. The hot tub was great, the fireplace, and fire pit area was nice as well. The cabin provided several necessities as well.
Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub, and on our last night had a movie night in the cozy living room with fireplace. Sleeping spaces were very comfortable. Mostly we couldn’t believe how conveniently located the cabin was—we didn’t plan that when we booked it so it was a very pleasant surprise. SO close to restaurants and grocery stores, visitor centers, Tuckaleechee caverns, etc. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future!
This was our 2nd stay this year in this amazing cabin. Its in a great location - peaceful with gorgeous views. The cabin itself is spacious, equipped with everything you need and spotlessly clean. Has a great wrap-around porch with hot tub, picnic table and rocking chairs to enjoy a relaxing evening. Derek was also a great host!
This cabin was perfect for our vacation. It’s near everything we wanted but isolated enough to be private (you could just barely see other cabins).
We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
The cabin gave us an authentic feel of staying in the mountains. It was on a very quiet road and we even saw a bear from the deck the first day we were there. We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.
I loved how secluded it was at the top of the hill. Very clean and inviting as soon as we walked in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay near the smokies. Awesome place!
Wanted to have a remote place to stay… this place was great!! Derek was wonderful to deal with and tended to any/all our needs promptly. Would definitely stay here again :)
Wonderful cabin! Very spacious and well appointed. The hot tub was such a plus with the huge porch! Was better than the pictures!Loved the location! Will go back again!
Cabin was great. Very clean and updated. We enjoyed the hot tub as well! Great location that is easy to access the park and surrounding area. Management communication was excellent.
The property was well kept and private. The fire pit was so enjoyable and the hot tub was very relaxing. There was adequate supplies and everything was comfortable. We would definitely recommend!
Clean, comfortable, well stocked with peaceful location. Very close to Townsend and Cades Cove Loop.
Easy check in and check out process.
Communication with Mountain Mist (Derek) was easy and he responded quickly to answer questions!
My husband and I were very pleased with the cabin and location. It had everything we needed for our stay. Even though there are cabins close by, it felt secluded and private. We enjoyed being able to rest and relax while in Townsend, and the hot tub was great! The driveway to this cabin is a bit steep(just some information to know). We hope to visit again in the future.
