During a ski holiday, hot water is essential, so this was disappointing.The access to the house was also problematic. The path leading to the property was not cleared, and we had to carry 12 suitcases over snow and ice for about 30 meters. On departure, the path had turned into solid ice and felt genuinely dangerous.The house itself is beautiful and in a great location, but the strict rules, communication style, and final inspection made the overall experience feel less welcoming than expected.A"
