"My husband and I have stayed here 3 times. Each one was a great experience. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools. It’s also close to our son’s and the restaurants where we like to eat. Love that breakfast is included. Beds are very comfortable and they have a good sized TV. The beach was not too crowded either."

"Had a great week at this place in Nags Head. You're just minutes away from a bunch of beach access points, and we never had any trouble finding parking. It’s also super close to the sound side if you want to switch things up.The backyard pool was a massive highlight—nothing better than coming back from the ocean and spending the afternoon floating in the pool. The house itself had everything we needed. The kitchen was totally dialed in and actually had quality pans, which made cooking a breeze. Huge thanks to the host for being so responsive and helpful the couple of times we reached out. 10/10."

"Perfect spot for a couple. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our pup. The cottages are centrally located. It was a short walk to get to the beach and Surfin’ Spoons is right up the road. The bathroom has been updated and the kitchen had anything we needed. We cannot wait to come back."

"We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend 2026 as a family of eight and had a very good stay overall. The location is excellent: a short walk to the beach, a beautiful ocean view from the back porch, and a restaurant, souvenir shopping, fudge, ice cream, and Jockey’s Ridge all very close by.The home was extremely clean, including the kitchen and utensils, and the listing/photos were accurate. Check-in was smooth with the door code, and the host was helpful and attentive without being burdensome.The amenities were also strong. The kitchen appliances and cookware worked well, Wi-Fi was fast and easy, the washer/dryer worked well, and the outdoor foot wash and hot/cold outdoor shower were very convenient after the beach. We also appreciated the Keurig and reverse osmosis drinking water.The reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is maintenance. Some porch decking near the front door appeared weathered, two bathroom doors had issues, one upstairs bathroom door created privacy concerns, one stair tread seemed to give slightly, and we had a leak from the upstairs main shower into the downstairs bathroom. Since there were other showers, we avoided that one.The total cost was just under 3,000 for three nights, so the maintenance items are worth noting. However, the location, cleanliness, amenities, host professionalism, and 250 beach equipment credit added real value. Overall, we would recommend it, with a few repairs making it an easy 5-star stay."
