"Beautifully clean on arrival but slight disappointment to find not much had changed since our previous stay. Crockery pans cutlery and utensils all well used - items missing. Shocked with allocation of towels - 2 hand towels between 6 of us. Towels changed for second wk but was told next yr there will be a charge for them. Pillows flat and lumpy. A huge thank you to your handyman Neil. He came to put in a better bulb in our downstairs toilet and found us 3 sun loungers to use outside. So grateful as we had only been able to bring one of our own. Outside hose broken no barbecue area and bins full when we arrived. Booked again for next year and hopeful that the price increases will be used to bring the property up to the standard it deserves."

"Lovely house in a great location. Modernised beautifully - everything you need, home from home. Location close to the fabulous beaches. Rhosneigr is a great location if you like the jets (we do). Would be very happy to rebook in the future. The master bedroom bed is a bit soft for us but still of good quality."

"We holiday in Rhoscolyn every year but this was our first stay at Plas. It met our expectations as a lovely country house of age by the sea. We felt very at home there which led to a relaxing week all together. Masses of room for a family of three generations. The kitchen was well equipped with a good amount of crockery, cutlery and kitchen ware which meant we weren't having to run the dishwasher at every meal time. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels of high quality. A large terraced area out side with additional walled garden which was ideal for ball games of which we play many. All our needs were met. It was a bit more than we usually pay for our family holiday but we felt well worth the experience.. Other visitors should not expect high end plushness, the house is old, and so there are bound to be areas that require attention. We knew that before we went. A few more chairs outside by the garden door from the living room for the cast iron table would have been nice.(there was only one) where you can sit outside in a westerly wind. Otherwise we loved it. Thank you."

"The house is spacious. The location is perfect. Lots of things to do around. We had a great time. Limited supplies in the house: 3 toilet rolls, 5 washing tablets, no laundry detergent/powder, 5 tea bags, some sachets of sugar and 3 sachets of milk. Better book your supermarket delivery beforehand."

"This property was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. It was spotless, decorated beautifully and the garden was great. We even chatted to the neighbours who were lovely. It was the perfect place for the dogs, who also loved it. And everything we wanted was within a few minutes drive. We took some recommendations from the guest book on places to eat that allowed dogs, I would highly recommend others do the same because they were incredible! Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice clean well sited flat in old house converted to pub years ago. No mention of very steep access stairs with no proper handrail, one bathroom and one toilet open directly onto communal areas with embarrassing lack of privacy- important when fully occupied. Outdoor roof space next to kitchen vent pipe exits! Usual Anglesey sewage/drain/septic tank problems. Shower plumbing fittings and door could do with attention but that’s all the bad stuff. Would stay again but not with elderly people, only a couple or family due to bathroom /toilet problem mentioned."
