"Meet & greet host : Informative of area churches etc. Description of room on site misleading. This room is Not Luxury. Would describe as basic Travel Room. Bed: Poor quality of structure. We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement. Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem. We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint. Host wrote offering a topper...

"Its a nice, spacious room in a great location in Trani, the host very nice and helpfull, but is not a hotel or BB, there is no service, parking is available on the street, is just a very well located nice room, with a great host."

"Convenient spot near port and castle and cathedral and restaurants. Steep stairs and narrow door to get to room. It appears this hotel has 2 rooms for rent. The room is very nice and updated. Metered Parking needs to be done a few blocks away. "
