"Clean room well appointed"

"For one of the older casinos / hotel on strip we loved it. Close access to strip , didn’t get lost. Clean comfortable room . Only complaint is I wish you could blast the a/c lower in room , didn’t get cold cold . But all in all great place will be back."

"Is a family hotel that’s good, but the staff service very limited and not so friendly, no room service only upon request, and when you call to get service they don’t answer they keep you waiting to get an someone on the phone… so you don’t get towels nor they come to get trash from the bathrooms unless you ask as well. Is just bad service to customers."

"I requested housekeeping to clean the room and they didn’t come to make up the room. Front desk staff is helpful and I got upgraded."

"We had 4 people in the room but kept getting only 2 big towels. Had to call in everyday to get more. I wish cleaning department was informed that this room had 4 people inside. The room was clean as always. Breakfast place was amazing. Helpful staff. Safe place to stay. This was my fifth time staying at Harrah's in Las Vegas."
