The flat can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with WiFi, TV, heating and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCA DEL CONTE is a flat located on the first floor in a historic villa in the beautiful village of Tremezzo.
It is unique with frescoes embellishing the ceilings and a four-poster bed in the master bedroom. CA DEL CONTE consists of a large living area with sofa, TV area and air conditioning. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker and kettle. There is a secondary entrance door with exit to an internal street in the village. The master bedroom with frescoed ceiling and four-poster double bed, very bright thanks to four windows with lake view, is air-conditioned and has a full en suite bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms with fans and a further bathroom with shower complete the property. There is no air conditioning in these rooms as they are cooler and less sunny.
The flat can accommodate up to 6 people, has Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and a private parking space in the garage.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGCA DEL CONTE is easily accessible by car, as it has a private garage: garage entrance width 2.10 metres and entrance height 1.80 metres. CA DEL CONTE is located in Tremezzo, a charming and renowned town on the western shore of Lake Como. Its panoramic position offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains, making it an ideal destination for tourists wishing to discover the natural and historical beauty of the area. One of the most famous features of Tremezzo is Villa Carlotta, among the most famous villas on Lake Como. The village of Tremezzo has a quiet and picturesque atmosphere, with narrow streets, quiet little squares and houses in the warm colours typical of Lombard architecture. The lakeside promenade is ideal for strolling, with spectacular views of Lake Como, the mountains and the historic villas dotting the shoreline. Tremezzo is also famous for its gastronomic traditions, with local restaurants and trattorias offering typical Lombard dishes. It is also an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding mountains and enjoying breathtaking views. The area offers several hiking trails, including the famous Lake Como Greenway, leading to panoramic viewpoints from which to admire Lake Como in all its beauty. It is 30 km from Como and 25 km from Cernobbio, where there is the entrance to the motorway to Milan and Lugano.
In Tremezzo there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. There is a grocery shop and butcher\'s shop next to the flat, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 3 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.
In front of the flat you will find the bus and boat stop. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.

If you are looking for an “old-money” classy setting - that’s a place to stay. Quiet ( although we were by the busy road ),right across the street from the boat station,only 5 min walk to Grand Hotel Tremezzo.

Our host was fabulous in that we were able to leave our luggage secured until check-in. The space was super and the kitchen was very functional. We would very gladly come back again. Our only concern was not being able to lock the front door.
We had a wonderful stay in this Tremezzo apartment. The apartment has a wonderful living room/dining space, large master with king-size bed and modern bathrooms. There are also 2 other bedrooms. The kitchen is also modern, and is well equipped.
The apartment is on the Lake Como waterfront, across the street from the lake. We spent most of our time walking the 'greenway' in either direction along the lake. It is across the street from the Tremezzo ferry stop. It is about 1/4 mile from Villa Carlotta and even closer to The Grand Hotel Tremezzo. There are about 8 restaurants along this 1/4 mile.
The apartment has good airconditioning in its living room and master bedroom. The airconditioning also cools the kitchen. We had good internet service at all times. Communication with the owners was easy and they were extremely responsive. A 1-car parking garage comes with the apartment.
We loved our stay here and highly recommend the property.
