The staffs are very courteous, helpful, always have a smile on, and very patient with answering questions . The food is great. It was my first time in this hotel and I’m happy. I will definitely recommend and use it again. Thank you for the great experience

Everything was good, very nice staff. Only thing i didnt like was the coffee machine wouldn't make the coffee correctly. It was mostly water each time i tried. Other than that loved it!!! Will stay again.

Very clean rooms, lobby and breakfast area. Nice breakfast variety. Mickey's smiling face greeted me, so I immediately messaged my family and friends to recommend this hotel. Best check-in ever anywhere!

Check-in staff was amazing & prompt. There were some issues with the cleanliness off the bathroom that was addressed with staff upon check out. Only issue we had was the fire alarm going off at 630am.

I got there pretty late and was very tired as having had a very long day. The young man behind the reception desk was on his cell and when he saw me ended his conversation and I was expecting an attitude of "annoyance" instead he was very friendly and courteous. Gave a big smile and directed me to me room in a very polite manner. The room was very clean and the bed so inviting, lol. I crashed needless to say and slept very comfortably. I do wish the shower had more pressure but could be b/c I was very tired that wanted more but was great temp ( nice and HOT). I would definitely recommend this location again.

Bed skirts and mattress covers need replacing. The tv remote did not work. Stains on the carpet. Had people running up and down the hall and banging on our wall. We needed to be up early and had an exhausting travel day. Attempted to speak to the staff in the morning but was brushed off. Spoke with Expedia to at least get some sort of refund. Staff proceeded to lie to the agent and say I didn’t try and speak to anyone. Only gave a $15 refund for the issues. Not worth the hassle for the price.

This hotel is a basic and very clean hotel. The room i stayed in was small, but contained all the necessities: night syands, desk, small refrigerator, cable TV, etc. Room and bathroom were very clean. My interaction with staff included front desk and breakfast host: all very friendly, professional, and helpful. Hotel is adjacent to a Texas Road House and near a 24-hour gas station with convenience store. Other shopping available near by.
