Triberg im Schwarzwald Holidays

it seemed okay at first check in, but soon noticed internet only worked occasionally, but mostly not at all. Then, the next morning we had breakfast which was alright, but then the desk lady said i never paid, and it must be paid by me. I couldn't check my records, because the internet didnt work. So i went ahead and paid by credit card. Then i soon noticed i did INDEED pay it thru expedia. I called the Gasthaus several times, never could get thru. I called expedia 5 times, and they said they had trouble reaching the management too. Finally after almost 3 months, i got my refund of my payment. Honestly, what kind of business can't even keep track of their own payment history????

Clean room, a bit hot air conditioning not the best. Wanted to use the swimming pool but you had to book and pay, not made clear. Also you had to walk outside to use the facilities

Nicely updated and modern rooms, spacious. Still with the small own authentic feel and location close to shops and social center and food.
