"Loved this little Hotel just a few minutes walk from the beautiful San Giusto Castle and Cathedral. My room was small but had everything you need - comfy bed, clean sheets, good wifi, TV, kettle, good shower and plenty of hot water. The owner is really friendly and helpful. It's situated on a pretty square and beware it does get noisy on Summer nights when people are out drinking and eating on the square til late, but apart from that, everything is lovely."

People in the hospitality business no longer listen nor care at all their customers. They prefer to lose a good customer than resolve the situation. For them, the culprit is always of the customer and the booking company... Most of the information about amenities and others things they offer or their room have are NOT TRUE. I didn't see them.
