"The Beach Bum is our go to when we go to ocean city. The staff is extremely nice, the rooms are clean, they offer continental breakfast, they are waling distance to 3rd street. We will continue to stay here at our annual Ocean City visit. "

Boardwalk was right out the side doors. Pool was beachfront with chairs to sunbath if yoi wanted. Beach was liyerally steps from the doors...Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfy, though the kids said the pull out sofa wasnt as comfortable as they had hoped. AC worked great and despite having a room on the backside of the building, we did have a partial view of the ocean. Great place to stay with a family. "
