Loved the property but after we left the host tried to scam us by saying we left the place without tidying up. He wanted 1000NOK/£70. I told him we videoed the entire place showing it was spotless before we left, and he quickly told us to not worry about the 1000NOK. The place was also advertised as a 3 bedroom house yet he failed to tell us that one of the bedrooms is his private bedroom and is not to be used! I would return to Finnsnes, but never to this place.

This hotel is very dated and it is reminiscent of an old school, outdated Holiday Inn. The furniture in the room was extremely worn. The walls were heavily scuffed. The room was dark. I stayed here for convenience as it was the meet up spot for a tour I’m joining. I would not stay here again in the future. It is in a nice location and if location outweighs the quality of the room, then it is a great option.

Accommodations excellent, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining area with a kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, no microwave. We had a washing machine too.
We were a family of 9 and had 3 rooms (better called apartments) and they were very comfortable indeed.
Staff went out of their way to help us when ordering food upon our arrival.
Breakfast was included at the hotel and it was amazing.
We all loved our stay. Highly recommend it.
