Room was very clean, if run down. View from window was over the golf course, so very quiet at night, and we could open a window. Plenty of very hot water for the shower. Lovely stay at the Maids Head, my first time staying there for my annual trip to Norwich. The room was lovely and super clean and cosy. The staff were also super friendly and very helpful

The welcome when I arrived was much appreciated. Any interaction I had with the staff at reception was some of the most professional, yet friendly, I’ve experienced. That alone, would make be want to stay here again. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfy.
