"We loved everything about this hotel. From its unique design and history to its beautifully quiet and yet central location. We enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and couldn’t fault the staff. From the housekeeping staff through to the receptionists and their welcome (also very helpful for our car hire pick up) through to the dining staff. We felt very fortunate to be able to start our Crete vacation here. "

"Great hotel! Staff were lovely, house keeping was a bit lousy however and the food is very average (dinner buffet service). Apart from that it’s a beautiful hotel with lots to see around the property and the views are spectacular. "

"We were two families with 3 kids ages, (2) ages 7 and 9. We loved the pool, access to the ocean, the kids club and nightly entertainment. There was also a mini mart on site in case tou need souvenirs or forgot to bring a swimsuit. We also used the spa for a body scrub, massage and my little one got a chocolate massage which she loved. The spa was great. We upgraded to the higher drinks option, we got bottled water, bottled wine, extra toiletries and robes with slippers. The desserts were great, there was wine and beer on tap. The crepes were great. I personally didn’t like the food on the buffet, it looked great but compared to what Greek food taste like everywhere this was a disappointment. There was also a restaurant close by walking distance less than 2 minutes with another beach in case you wanted something different. Overall a good stay. "

"Lovely stay. Hotel is in a beautiful old building and just a relaxed 15 -20 minute walk into the gorgeous old town. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms. Nice roof garden with jacuzzi and a few sunbeds"

"The service is excellent. The property is recently refurbished and the freshness of interior and exterior design shine through. The food is decent and there is a good variety. Snack bars operating through out day time with kids favorite food. We really liked this facility. The beach is in the property as well, meaning it's accessible through out the day. "

"Best place I have ever stayed during my trips highly recommended property. every thing 5 stars not to mention the fact that it is the safest place I have ever been especially Anna the lovely lady that looked after out room. after I left the safe by mistake for 2 days and it was full of our documents and cash nothing was lost.
