Some limitation on Expedia app. Managed to get a check in early very helpful staff. Rooms themselves were quite nice with good comfy beds and filtered drinking water avaliable. The hotel is located well. Decently close to the jonker area. A 10 to 15 min walk. Has a guardian just opposite and a 711 just two minutes away. However the toilets needed a lot of work. Not well...

"This hotel exceeded my expectations with such a good price!"

"Had a really good stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka, check in was a breeze, the front office staffs are very friendlt, the room was clean and spacious, bathroom for the city view king bed had a bathub in it, strong water pressure from the showers, buffet breakfast was good too, enjoyed the pastries and coffee from the espresso machines. Their room service “at your service” was great, requested a firmer pillow and they delivered. Will definately return to this hotel if in Melaka."

"Lovely locations, safe area and access, friendly staff."

"Quiet neighborhood"

One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...

"The reviews from other customers reflected our stay. The toilet was squeaky clean. A recommended budget hotel if you're in Alor Gajah."

"The lobby was very welcoming. However, since the hotel is off the main street, one Grab driver could not find the hotel's front. entrance. Maybe, add big directional signs on the main street?"
