"Expedite check in machines did not work on first day upon trying two separate machines. Housekeeping did not come or check in one time. Insanely loud floor first night. I called security, alongside others on our floor, to report unattended children screaming loudly from the room next door. Three warnings before this was resolved at 1:40am and parents were called and reminded to stay with children. Bathroom shower had no door which resulted in a very slippery floor and entry way to room. Upon check out, self parking escalator was closed so people were forced to carry luggage in hand up flight of stairs or forced outside to cross street to enter garage elevators. Would not recommend and would not stay here again. This hotel needs serious updates. "

"No breakfast , false advertising , over priced as they charged us after we paid u for taxes and resort fees. Staff was nasty, waited 3 hours beforw we got our room and ac was more like a fan. No internet ..... "

"ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLY. The walls were musty. Like B.O. The staff was rude when I informed them. They didn’t want to change the bed spread as if we were making it up that it smelled. I usually love staying here but this was my LAST time"
