"The staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean with a nice view. The hotel has an easy access to El Poblado. The only small issue we noticed was that the pool/jacuzi area did not appear as clean as the rest of the property, With a bit more attention to the pool maintenance, the experience would be absolutely perfect."

"The room was very clean and very well equipped with cooking tools, beach amenities that we could take to the beach with us and of course we absolutely loved having the washer and dryer in the room. That was a big plus."

"This place is amazing! This unit is located at the end of a small but beautiful complex and is very private. The entire living space was spotless upon arrival. It was obvious at first sight we were going to love it.......and we did. We spent 6 nights here and were very sad to have to leave. The pool was clean and refreshing, the beach was only a short walk. We would not have changed one thing. In addition to this being simply the best accommodation in town, our hosts Aaron and Ara put this together for us within about a half an hour after a very distressing situation at a different rental. We are forever grateful for their help which basically saved our trip. You will be totally satisfied here, and you will have someone who truly cares for your comfort and satisfaction."

"The chalet was exceptional! Everything you need is there from cooking utensils, lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cart. Jose was very responsive. Great pool too!"

"Bad: The place is hard to find - do it in daylight. The parking requires driving in reverse down a narrow drive with cars parked on one side- about a block or more. Water use is minimal allowed. NO GUESTS allowed- host came over to kick family (over for dinner only) out and threaten police. Lots of rules- two pages worth. Heavy rains leave standing water on main floor - so don’t slip! Good: the location is phenomenal once you get there. The views are amazing. Great beach. The place is cute. "
