"Pros:Plenty of Coffee provided for two for two daysPaper Products ProvidedChairs for the beach providedMultiple outdoor sitting options providedGas burn pit - Amazing for sitting out at night listening to the waves and watching the stars with no campfire smokeGas Fire PlaceGrill was great for the first night (could use some cleaning of the burners)Cons:Shampoo listed as provided was not -(oh well… first world problem)M119 closed down, had to go down the opposite for the one way to enter the property - no big deal just ignored maps and hoped no one was coming up the hill whilst driving in.Shades or curtains would be nice for the south side of the house facing the neighbors and the east facing the road…Property was as depicted in the app and all was awesome! Thank you for sharing your property and amenities!"

"Honestly, I have never booked a place without WiFi. Our cell service was spotty, just enough to text the kids to let them know we made it. But it was amazing! So nice to unplug and relax. And the setting couldn’t have been any nicer. I would love to come back and stay here again one day. "

"Great value. Very well maintained. Clean and comfortable. Private. Dog friendly. Short easy drive into Harbor Springs. Everything we used was in good working order. We did not need heat or A/C during our stay. We did not use the washer or dryer but both appeared to be of good quality.My wife and I had an enjoyable stay and are happy to have found this listing. We would rent again without hesitation."

"The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work."

"Our stay at this farmhouse was exceptional. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and featured recently renovated kitchens and bathrooms. With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group of eight adults and two dogs. The upstairs bathroom’s wet room, complete with a copper soaking tub, was especially impressive.The main level was ideal for our elderly parents, offering two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and easy access to all common areas. The property itself was peaceful and scenic; our dogs enjoyed the large yard and watching the horses nearby.The kitchen was very well stocked, allowing us to prepare most of our meals during our stay. We also made great use of the outdoor fire pit. Chris, the host, was extremely responsive and even brought additional kindling when we needed it. We had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the comfort and beauty of this home, and we would absolutely book here again."
