"We could not have asked for a better home for the rainy weekend! What a treat to sit out on the backporch, listening to the rain hit the tin roof, while watching the deer down in the field below by the river! The back porch is huge and spans the entire length of the home and is large enough to accommodate multiple sitting areas with rockers along with a grill and even a small frig that the owners had furnished with water. The outside entertaining area to the side of home was so much fun for the grandkids! It had an oversized jinga game, corn hole, room to run and if it hadn't been so windy we would have enjoyed a campfire! It was only a 13 minute drive into Clifton to pick up pizza and 30 minutes to Baylor. The home felt so cozy and the views are beautiful! The over the top touch were the 2 two electric recliners with heat (so perfect on a chilly morning!). "

"The Cabin was as described and as it was online, very clean and spacious. The hot tub was a plus for sure. The next Cabin is a good distance away so privacy wasnt an issue. The only issue is that the train tracks actually run pretty close by, it gets really really loud when the trains pass by, if that bothers you, this is probably not the best place for you. Other than that, good spot for solitude and some quiet time. "

"The host communicated really well. There are so many things that we enjoyed and appreciated. Lots of snacks and beverages available, the hot tub was perfect, and the fire pit was enjoyed by all. Thank you for the best experience we have had with a home away from home. "
