"Beautiful home - what let it down was the cleanliness - BBQ was so dirty we couldn’t use it - it would of taken hours to clean - the oil trays were filled with oil and hot plates were dirty - the fan outside was filled with mud from what look like wasp or birds nest the out door ceiling had this huge mud nest - the oven was also dirty - positives beautiful, home, beds were comfortable, linen was clean and good quality - decor was excellent - close to beach "

"Overall a great stay, we couldn’t get the oven to work, but there is a BBQ as well, ran out of hot water, it was an easy fix to change the gas bottle, property extremely clean, location is great, easy walk to restaurants and cafes."

"Great house for a short or extended stay. Multiple living spaces for extended family, comfortable beds and great heated swimming pool. The beach is really close as are restaurants and cafes. Toys for kids, well equipped kitchen and plenty of lounges and chairs. Highly recommended!"

"The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and very well provided for furry friends. There was lots of space to sleep the 7 of us adults, however the 7th bed was a trundle bed and no bedding was provided for it, including a towel.The check in process was difficult and communication awful, I spoke to 5 different just people trying to check in and get the access code (originally told to pick up a key?) I got emails with different check in times, my online check in wasn’t validated until I...

"We had a lovely time at Raspberry Spring. It's a great base to explore the northern rivers and Byron Bay areas. You really feel like you are very secluded. A bonus was the hosts had some baby goats that we were able to cuddle and feed which was a nice surprise! Incredibly pet friendly too for our mini schnauzer. No fenced off area but easy to walk him around with a lead. Would totally stay again."

"It's a beautiful house for large groups with an excellent location. Great kitchen, comfortable beds. Great dining options within strolling distance. I probably wouldn't recommend for young children and older people because of the stairs, and the closest beach is not patrolled. There are also no blinds/curtains on the windows if you don't like to wake up early :-)"
