Great for Couples or Family in Niagara Wine Country

"Great unit above a wonderful general store. Minutes to some of our favourite wineries. I definitely recommend this for a family enjoying wine country. Getting the unit ready took a bit of time to setup the futon of which was leather which was nice to sit on, not the best to sleep on. The two bedrooms have A/C the main area doesn’t so you’ll have to sleep with the bedroom doors open on a hot day. Not negatives just be aware."
Beamsville Rustic Modern Suites

"We were pleasantly surprised with the room. For a family of two adults and two children (7 & 10) it was just the right size. We were sad that there was no oven, however there is an air fryer, which was actually better. A high plus is that there is a small grocery store just a short walk a block away. If you don’t want to make any food, there are a few restaurants just as close. There is a dual rain shower with a hand held shower wand. One slight negative is we didn’t know how to use the stove, we had to go on the internet to use it. We lost power for a few hours late at night, the room kept its cool temperature fairly well. A couple of battery operated candles would have been nice e to have. Overall, I think if we are ever in the area we would definitely stay again; and if anyone is going to visit Niagara Falls, we will highly recommend staying at the Beamsville Rustic Modern Suites. Travel to and from Niagara Falls was really, the QEW is about five minutes away and the Falls about 25 minutes to half hour away."

"We booked this because of its location on the wineroute and the photo’s with the beautiful front porch. But our accomodation was an appartment on the side of the house with a mini porch. It was a bit of a surprise as we thought we rented a whole house. The livingroom was a bit gloomy and dark, but the bedrooms were light with perfect beds and 3 perfect bathrooms. Kitchen was well equiped. Owner was very helpful (we set the fire alarm of while cooking chicken)."

"This newly renovated loft apartment was beautiful! Had everything and more needed for a perfect week or weekend getaway! Sunny, the host was very responsive and easy to work with, and the location of the apartment was perfect close to coffee shops, restaurants, and a quick drive to many winery’s! Thanks for a great stay!"

"We stayed at Kozy on King for a full week, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the spacious bathroom was a nice bonus after long days of exploring.The location couldn’t have been better. It was the perfect home base for visiting the incredible wineries of the Niagara Benchlands, exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and spending time at Niagara Falls. We loved being so close to great wineries, restaurants, and scenic drives while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Vineland. The property’s location is one of its biggest strengths, with numerous wineries just minutes away. (vrbo)The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and clearly take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. Every detail made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until the day we left.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Kozy on King to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and conveniently located place to experience Ontario’s beautiful wine country. It was one of the highlights of our trip!"

"It was rustic and quiet, which was nice. Comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen. There weren't any hangers in the bedroom closet to hang anything but it didn't present a problem as there were hooks in the living room. The decor could use a good coffee table theirs was wonky) and some updating of the decor would be nice, sort of garage sale looking but the host was pleasant and the price was appropriate I think. It is surrounded by vineyards and restaurants are close by, so a lovely area."

"Een ideaal verblijf voor twee personen.Airco is prettig.Goede keuken met ruime koelkast met een vriesgedeelte.Vaatwasser en inductie kookplaat met twee pitten.Magnetron aanwezig en een broodrooster.Badkamer met douche, toilet en wasbak.Tweepersoons bed met goede matras.Geen grote kamer maar voldoende voor twee personen.Ons verblijf was drie week en prettig om te verblijven.Supermarkt honderd meter lopen.Veel restaurants in de buurt.Het heeft ons goed gedaan en ten zeerste aan te bevelen."

"Beautiful home close to both Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. We had an issue with cooling and the host responded almost immediately to remedy the issue. We had a little one with us so the step down into the living area was dangerous, however, we knew it was like that before booking because of the pictures provided. Was a wonderful stay overall."
