It had been updated at some point even though this is a motor court type motel. The biggest concern is that this property in addition to renting to travelers appears to have long-term tenants. It should not be listed as a vacation rental. There were people living there who had broken down cars parked, a huge dumpster in the middle of the common area, suspicious...
