"Amazing hotel and location "

"This hotel has an amazing location but it stops there. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. The king bed is just two twin beds sandwiched together with a very uncomfortable seem in the middle. Mattresses are so old that the springs are gone. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Moths flying around the halls and annoying cleaning staff that still knocks when you have do not disturb sign on. I saw a very fast moving insect in my bathroom on the last day. Would not recommend staying here. AC and fridge both very loud. Toilet runs. Not sure how this is even 4 star"

"The rooms were clean, but very small (cruise ship size) and worn. Shower leaking out of the door. Worped flooring due to shower leaking. Bathroom and shower were all black in color a very dark. Breakfast at"

"Clean room, curtain and light controls at the bedside. Excellent and attentive staff. Bus stop right in front of hotel and a short walk to Vauxhall station. Great location and view of the river. "
