"Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "

"Great location and ideal for an early flight. The entrance was not so easy to navigate when coming out of terminal 3 exit - led down some sort of service road thanks to google maps - but apart from that - very good."

"Had a great stay at this property! The breakfast was super convenient and well done definitely a huge plus. Shea and Natalia were very helpful as well. The skylight room isn’t huge but it’s perfect for a solo traveler / couple. I will definitely be back when I’m in town as the location was perfect and I really enjoyed the affordability of this hotel. "

"Close to the Tube and not overly busy. Four flights of stairs was hard with luggage though. Good place to stay."

"Room was clean but the bedlinen could be a lot better. The duvet cover was worn and bobbled so felt rather rough. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all and the sink was tiny. However the shower was spacious and had a good water jet. Great location."

"Great place for a stop over. My husband even commented on how efficient and fast the check in process was with a trainee. Very kind. The only down side is that the complimentary Hoppa Bus is no longer so use public transportation. Bus 105 or 111 will drop you from LHR to Harlington Corner. "
