What we loved was the convenience of being so close to the Hammersmith station. The room was also generous and efficient in space. The heat was absolutely quiet and the bathroom well vented (rare in hotels). Bed was comfortable. Would completely book for a future trip without hesitation!

Staff are really helpful. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are smaller with minimal amenities. It’s a very good choice for its location and price. The breakfast is quite reasonable, and they have a very nice lobby bar, again, for the price and location. Highly recommended.

The rooms while tiny were very functional. The breakfast buffet is quick and delicious and very reasonably priced. Location between two underground stations was perfect. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Just let reception know if you want your room cleaned.

Clean and new rooms. The room had AC and heater, USB charger in the walls (in case your uk plug adapter fails like ours did, we came from the US). Stable free WiFi (worked perfectly fine with NordVPN). One detail is that at night you can hear the tube train passing every now and then but it wasn't too noticable. The breakfast was cheaper than any other options around (it was 10.99 per adult) and it tasted very good, we were pleasantly surprised, especially that kids eat breakfast for free (we had 4 kids so it definitely made it a great deal).

Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Awesome hotel. A bit of a long walk down the hallway to our room and it was a little warm at times, but otherwise very nice. There was a ton of space to put and repack luggage which was helpful.

A big thank you to the hotel team, especially the electricians. I had a minor problem with the TV, and it was resolved promptly and courteously. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, especially the hash browns – wonderfully crispy! The hotel is right next to the metro, making it easy to get to the city center. I would gladly return.
