"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room. The hotel was reasonably quiet and the food was great, a huge selection was available for breakfast. The only slight criticism is that the cold water tap in the ensuite bathroom kept running hot. Don't know what was wrong with the plumbing, but it wasn't very convenient to brushing your teeth!"

"The Corus Hotel Hyde Park staff, especially manager Dante Domingo, were very helpful and professional. I had nice interactions with everyone working there at the lobby and restaurant. The location is stellar right on Hyde Park, easy to walk to the underground at Lancaster Gate and Paddington Station. Good restaurants around. "

"excellent but a little dated but perfect view of the tower bridge n London bridge. Nearby restaurants and perfect for my trip. Will return n recommend "

"Cheap and convenient location"

"Great hotel with modern comfortable and spacious room. Staff are welcoming and freindly however the restaraunt was extremely busy and it took ages for my order to be taken. Food arived quickly once ordered though but 2 of my choices were unavailable, which was surprising as it wasn't particularly late when I was eating."

"Stayed here before an early morning flight. Although opposite the runway, you can’t hear a thing outside whilst in the hotel. Rooms are modern and easy to get to the airport from the bus stop situated directly outside the hotel, with them running from 3:30am till late."

"We stayed here at Marlin Waterloos for 7 days and it was wonderful! They cleaned the room every 2 days, and were super helpful whenever we had questions. The location was incredible. We were a 2 minute walk from a perfect bus stop to get around and less than 10 minute walk to multiple under grand tube stations and railways. It was only 10 minutes or so walk to many great attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament and many more. Would highly recommend...

"Very central to all the sites. Close to restaurants and Hyde and Kensington parks. Staff were very helpful. Only negative was no parking on-site and it was not made clear where to park for drop off upon arrival."

"The room and hotel facilities were very clean and comfortablle with several options for food and other items close by. Transportation using the Hotel Hoppa bus was disappointing with long wait times and less than economical priciing."
