"This was the perfect place for my family to stay for the holidays! Wonderful apartment with all the amenities needed and then some! It was perfectly located - a quick drive (or we could even walk) to the shore and Sandi Hook along with several restaurants and the Twin Lights. I was able to watch the sunrise from the kitchen and deck every morning which was wonderful! There was a small park on the water a very short walk up the road for our dogs. Plenty of parking on site. Everyone we met was extremely kind and friendly. Entrance to the apartment was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with and was extremely accommodating when we had to cut our stay short by a day due to an impending snowstorm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to stay again!"

The space was family-friendly with many activities provided for our use. The location was walkable to playgrounds, parks and some restaurants. The beaches at Sandy Hook were a very short ride away. "Lovely little spot. As listed, was clean, looked like people hadn’t had shoes on inside we left ours near the door, which made it feel cleaner & comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Near sea streak to NYC. Great having washer, hardly used dryer would have been less if has access to washing line outside. Nice touch owner leaving a bottle of washing up liquid & large bottles of good shampoo for stay. Owner always on other end of email for any help required. Really nice place Really good holiday. "
