"We had a nice stay overall. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning on in the main areas of the hotel including the lobby and atrium where the restaurant was. We had to use room service for our meal because we didn’t want to eat and sweat at the same time. It was very much like a sauna with the temps outside near 90 degrees. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the actual hotel room. Just the other areas and hallways were very hot plus the elevators. The pool area was very warm and pool water was a mild warm bath temp a few degrees less would have been more ideal for the summer months in our opinion, so we passed on the pool option considering it was hot everywhere else but in our room. "

"Loved all the extra plug-ins for tech equipment. I wish you provided small bar soap in bathroom as liquid soap is a pain especially in shower. Shower needs more secure grab rails for those of us with mobility issues. Your snack bar and lack of pop machines is lousy...$4 for a bottle of pop is crazy. Breakfast bar a highlight with ample variety."
