"The room was clean, staff was very helpful and efficient. Plenty of free parking. I was there for a conference so no gambling fir me. Looks like everyone was enjoying themselves. The only thing that I didn't like was all the cigarette smoke. It came through the air vents in the meeting rooms and bedrooms. That was not good especially since I am a non-smoker."

"This house was perfect for our girls weekend! Amazing views of the Chicago skyline and beautiful sunsets over the water. Location was also great, a quick 8 minute walk to the beach!"

"The property suited our extended family nicely (12) with room to spare. It’s near the Lake Michigan shoreline, Washington Zoo (excellent BYW) and a quaint cafe’ down the street, Dune Billie’s. The neighborhood is older homes, quiet and seems to be a mix of vacation rentals and single family homes. You’re a couple minutes to downtown Michigan City for that small town feel. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the dual-zone AC. The upstairs guests were very comfortable (heat index hit 107 degrees on day of check-out!)."

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had eight guests, three of which were kids, and a dog. This place was perfect for us! Ample living and sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms, and a great backyard area with a deck and bonfire pit. There was a few articles of trash missed from previous guests which was an unpleasant surprise, and some small maintenance issues to address, but we would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat. It's a two second walk to a little park with lots of space to run around and an old playground for kiddos as well as a yummy little restaurant (try the banana French toast!) and it's a five-seven minute bike ride to the beach and the WA Park zoo, which was great. One other thing to note is that I never received check out instructions, so I'm hoping we did everything right and we get our deposit back!"
