"The hotel lobby, was amazing, the elevators are unique… but the rooms need to renovate, the drywall paper is coming apart in the whole room including the bathrooms, and housekeeping was the worse, never clean our room in 3 nights 4 days of stay. Very disappoint in that particular area. The rest was excellent, very nice hotel staff from the greeter thru the lobby employees !"

"My husband and I stayed at The Allegro for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. It was my husband’s first time in Chicago and we could not have asked for a better stay. The location is perfect and the staff is amazing. We had a late flight after the 11am check-out time and the hotel let us check our bags for a few hours so we could fit in a little more exploration before heading home. We will definitely be visiting again! "

During our recent stay in the downtown Chicago area, these two exceeded expectations to ensure our stay was pleasant and rewarding. Upon check-in, we encountered an unforeseen issue with our room key, but Felicia quickly resolved the situation by providing us with a complimentary upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, Cheryl went above and beyond by assisting us in obtaining a private car service to attend a special event we were in town for.
