"The hotel was clean and modern. The room was airy and beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised. I requested early check-in. The room seemed okay but then I noticed housekeeping didn't spread the bed. Probably they failed or forgot - it was neatly covered by the comforter. I responded to a text asking how was my stay so far, stating what I saw. Immediately the team worked to correct the issues. New linens were provided, bed was made. No excuses, no delays. The bed I thought would be uncomfortable, since it was a bit soft to my liking. I ended up getting very restful sleep. Love it! One suggestion is to have a few recycle bins visible. I didn't see any during my stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amanda and Michelle, and front desk staff."
