"Za tą cenę całkiem przyzwoite warunki. Wygodne łóżka, łazienka w pokoju, telewizor działał. Może mogliby poprawić szybkość internetu. Przy recepcji ber z piwem - też dobra rzecz. Ogólnie wystawiam pozytywną ocenę."

"We booked for people. The room was extremely crowded and tight; possibly unsafe due to how tight it was with such small and tight space. Disappointed that in a trendy place like Milan, the hotel bar did not know how to make a whisky drink, or when explained - they said the ingredients were not available. The gym was small and tight; minimal equipment and the multifunction equipment was broken. The building and room was beautiful and very clean though."

"I don’t appreciate deception. I paid for breakfast included and confirmed upon my arrival but when I checked out I was told that it was not included and had to pay. This obviously ruined my experience at Helios and will not return. "

"This was a great find for our stay in Milan. We are a family with small children, so the indoor pool was very fun! It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel since it’s hard to get babies out and let the older one swim all before checkout if we leave. The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice. It was also nice to have the parking garage attached. Would stay again! "

"The hotel is new and in great condition. I just didn’t like the fact that they put on their property details that they have an airport shuttle and I think it’s misleading. I mentioned it to them and they said they call a taxi to help customers. I reiterated that customers can call a taxi to get to the airport but to put that they have an airport shuttle is different. The only reason I booked this hotel however ended up paying more since it’s way far to the airport."

"Would not recommend unless nearing desperate. It is not as described or how it looks in photos. Beds are so uncomfortable with thin pillows and thinnest duvet & open sheets things. So many mirrors"
