"4 night stay was fantastic. Perfect for a group whose ages ranged from 12 to 84!Tranquility of the farm was perfect. Day trips to Southwold, Norwich, Beccles and Aldeburgh all under an hour away.Fire pit at the property was a lovely touch. Along with fire starting help and free fire wood!It is a great place to spend a restful few days. You do need a car as the only drawback is that isn't a walkable pub! But there is beer at the honesty shop."

"This s our second visit to Beccles It is an ideal location for vsiting The BroadsThe cottage is in a great position for visiting the area. The cottage has an excelkent outside soace whizh is safe for children and dogs. Inside the cottage is clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay "

"The property was conveniently placed to walk to the local beach, which was quiet and vast. There is a small camp site shop and chippy in the opposite fields, with other larger shops within a short drive. We managed to park both cars out the front, but the rear space was quite tight for larger vehicles. Overall, a good stay and not far from the local attractions. Thanks"
