Easily walk to Big Beach from this gorgeous contemporary condo in Ucluelet.

This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom ground level suite offers uncompromising character with quality furnishings and stunning views.


Perched high above Big Beach and the Wild Pacific Trail – you’ll get phenomenal open-ocean views and glowing sunsets from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

The main living area is open concept and boasts 10ft high ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with high end stainless-steel appliances.

The large master bedroom has a king bed and features a second gas fireplace. A spa-like ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom and features a relaxing soaker tub. The third bedroom provides a twin bunk bed.

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the Pacific Ocean from the large patio, accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom.

Big Beach Escape is conveniently located within easy walking distance to Big Beach (it’s right across the road!). Also nearby is access to the Wild Pacific Trail, Amphitrite Point Lighthouse, the Ucluelet Community Hall, Ucluelet bike and skate park, and the brand new cycling path between Ucluelet and Tofino.

A short 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive will take you to downtown Ucluelet with its many cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Big Beach is one level though to get to the front door, there are 7 steps down with a hand rail on either side.

The large primary bedroom has a king bed and features a second gas fireplace. A spa-like ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom and features a relaxing soaker tub. The third bedroom provides a twin bunk bed.

BATHROOMS
We have shampoo, conditioner and hand soap by Carina Organics, made in Vancouver.

KITCHEN
A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. A blender is available for your convenience, along with a drip coffee maker for the perfect morning brew.

Blue Crush is proud to support and partner with Nellie's - B.C. made and biodegradable dish soap (gentle on the hands) and Nellie's dishwasher detergent (not all properties have dishwashers). No artificial fragrances!
Under the sink we have placed a Nellie's cleaning spray for your use in case any spills happen.

COFFEE + TEA
Enjoy a starter supply of freshly roasted beans from Foggy Bean, our local roaster. Brew with ease using the drip coffee maker and reusable filter. For tea lovers, we offer an organic Breakfast blend from Ucluelet Thay Tea.

DINING + LIVING ROOM
Enjoy spacious dining at a table for eight with a waterfront view. Spend some time relaxing in the open concept living room. Enjoy some tv time and/or the sunset view.

LAUNDRY
Proudly using Canadian made Nellie's Laundry Soap which is unscented and ocean safe, perfect for those with sensitive skin! We do not use dryer sheets as well for environmental and body safe reasons. A starter supply of laundry nuggets will be left out for you.

PUP PATROL
The house is pet friendly. Potentially open to two dogs - please reach out. We provide dog towels, small bed and dog bowls. The property is dog heaven with direct beach access. Please ensure your pup does not chase the wildlife such as shorebirds. Further instructions will be in the house guide. $50 per dog.

PARKING
1 parking spot is included with the building. Any other vehicles have access to complimentary street parking. There is taxi service or embrace walking or biking in town to get around on the designated MUP (multi use path).

We charge a $50+tax cancellation fee if you cancel outside the 30 day cancellation policy

Booking Policy:
- Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $50 plus tax non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days’ notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

- Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus 16% tax (GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax)

- An additional $25 per person per night before taxes after the fourth person

- Dog friendly (no cats): Please advise at time of booking. Dog towels will be provided. $50 per dog (1 dog max.)

- During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead.

- Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas.

- 3-night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

- 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season

- Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.
We hope you have a lot of fun and laughter on your vacation; however parties and loud gatherings will not be tolerated and may incur a fine. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-8am. Only registered guests allowed onsite.

Crew House for VanIsle 360 Sailing Race

Our crew stayed and got a much needed rest as we raced around Vancouver Island in a sailing race. The suite was well appointed and prepared and we enjoyed the sunset view for 2 nights. Will come again.
