The accommodation was basic for the price we paid. hotels.com did not make it clear prior to our arrival that we would need to pay extra for bedding and towels, we had to pay additional for these at check in which was expensive.

Zeer goede en rustige vakantiepark. Kleinschalig waardoor je echt wel de rust hebt en zeer kindvriendelijk ook. Leuk dat er zwembad is en speeltuinen voor alle leeftijden van kids.

Het huis was vies. De vloer was vies, het toilet niet schoon.De pannen en het servies waren vies. 1 pan hebben we laten staan, te vies om schoon te maken. Er was geen kaasschaaf, lastig.Problemen met kortsluiting. Op de stoelen bij de grote tafel konden wij niet fijn zitten, de oplopende rand aan de voorkant vonden wij vervelend.

Leider ist auf der Seite nicht deutlich erkennbar, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitgebracht werden müssen. Ein Leihen dort ist zwar möglich, jedoch zu Wucherpreisen!

It’s not a hotel.

Have to pay extra money to rent the bed sheets and pillow cases. No towels and hair dryer provided in the bathroom. No ventilation such as fan or air conditioner in the cottage, therefore, it will be very hot inside the cottage in summer. Hot water bottle was too dirty to be used. Generally speaking, it’s a camping area not a hotel, but it charges same as a hotel.

Om 10.00u al uitchecken, vonden we te vroeg. Het kost 25€ per 2 uur om later uit te checken, wat we niet hadden verwacht. Om 12.00u uitchecken (zonder meerprijs, vooral in het laagseizoen) lijkt ons redelijker. Of toch vooral omdat we opteerden om zelf schoon te maken. Verder is alles prima en volgens de verwachtingen!

Good value in national park, but watch for extras

A good place to stay on the edge of a national park, with basic kitchen and bath. The agency I used to book this didn’t mention that sheets and towels are not provided (you bring your own or “rent” them at extra charge) so that was an unpleasant surprise. Also the beds and pillows are covered in plastic, which reduces the comfort. Wifi was OK but did cut out frequently, usually for short periods. Otherwise, it was a very quiet, comfortable lodging and good value for the money.

Unexpected payments

The location of the camping is AWESOME, very close to the dunes and to Efteling. Also, the studio we stayed in was very new and the staff was very friendly. However, there were no sheets or towels in the room, and we need to rent them!!! We have reviewed again the information on Hotels.com, and there was no indication anywhere that this was not included. It was 21.50 euros for the sheets and towels for two people. That makes the stay a bit expensive, almost 100 euros for one night. The staff was extremely nice though, and they provide us with the bedsheets in the middle of the night.
