Spacious & Clean but the Rental Company!

We loved the apartment so much! Exceeded our expectations. We had a family of 6 and everyone had their own space plus the living area, kitchen and balcony allowed us to have plenty of room for meals. It is a convenient walk to the promenade or bus stop and a grocery near by. We loved the view from the living space and balcony. It was just lovely and we would book again EXCEPT…..,. The only negative was the rental company (FewoService). We made an extra trip there to get directions on leaving the key early on our day of departure. We did specifically as instructed only to be told they could not find the key! Two days later they found it but they could not give us our key deposit of about $50 through the credit card. Luckily we have a friend who lives in the area who is going by to pick it up for us and we can get it from her on our next trip to Germany. We live in the USA so I am not sure what we would have done to get our money back. They were very slow to respond as we had to contact them several times concerning the key return. It was just not handled properly by them.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Am Kundenservice der Agentur gab es eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Zwei Mängel sind bekannt, wie früheren Bewertungen 2024 zu entnehmen ist, dass der Abfluss im Badwaschbecken verstopft und die Mülleimer überquellen. Das war 2025 noch so. Es wurde Abflussreiniger erfolglos angewendet, das Problem haben wir dann selbst gelöst. Das Müllentsorgungsproblem blieb. Trotzdem eine gute Bewertung, diese FeWo hat es verdient.

Atemberaubendes Panorama

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum , der Ausblick sensationell. Die Unterkunft großzügig, gemütliche Betten und geschmackvolles Mobiliar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Umgebung und Ort bieten viele Möglichkeiten die Gegend zu erkunden . Das einzige was es anzumerken gäbe ist die recht übersichtliche Küchenausstattung , besonders was scharfe Messer , Obstmesser oder z. B. Kellen betrifft . Wären wir tatsächlich 6 Personen gewesen sind die kleinen Pfannen und Töpfe einfach nicht ausreichend . Alles in Allem ist diese Wohnung einfach ein Schmuckstück und wir konnten den Luxus sehr genießen . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder . Mitarbeiter der Agentur sind beim Check in / Check out ebenfalls sehr nett , so dass alles reibungslos geklappt hat .

Die Wohnung war toll, Moderne Küche und ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Zuwenig Mülltüten, kein Backpapier vorhanden. Sehr dreckiger Staubsauger. Ansonsten war sonst alles hervorragend und sauber

Chice Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf den Bodensee

Die Wohnung ist Spitze, die Küche modern, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Kochutensilien, Mülltüten etc. könnten umfänglicher vorhanden sein! Ansonsten wirklich hervorragend.
