Our check in was very late at 1 am but the front desk gentleman is very helpful, in providing where to park and is welcoming to my daughter and me. Close to the train station, convenient, affordable and staff was nice. The flocks of muku-dori (grey starling) on the trees in front of the hotel were very loud through the night. Mercure Nagano Matsushiro Resort & Spa
Very friendly staff. Did not speak much English but made efforts to understand us and cominicate with us. Rooms are clean and big, small bathroom but very clean. Breakfast included (huge buffet). Free drinks from 9:00 to 11:00 pm. Much appreciated
